Daydream
Sunday, January 25
10:30 am – 11:30 am
Meet at the Tree of Generations
Jump-start your year by setting your intentions with Daydream, an evidence-informed mindfulness practice.
Neurological and clinical research indicates that meditation, when combined with body-based techniques such as regulated breathing, visualization, and positive cognitive reframing, is associated with improved stress regulation, sleep quality, and cognitive functioning.
Each session will explore a different approach to quieting the mind, releasing negative thoughts, cultivating gratitude, and fostering a healthy mindset for pursuing your goals. Join Michelle Gauthier, resident teacher at the Kadampa Meditation Center, for techniques that support mind-body connection and inner balance.
Whether you’re new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, Daydream offers a peaceful moment of reset and intention to carry into your week.
Upcoming Sessions:
January 25: Importance of meditation and its benefits
February 22: Embrace inner peace
March 29: Cultivate gratitude
This event is included with your January 25 general admission ticket. Tickets highly recommended; we can accommodate 50 visitors. If space is available, we will accept walk-ins.
